Submission Process
Accredited Referrer Contacts BDM for Case Discussion
Initiate the loan submission process by contacting your dedicated Business Development Manager (BDM) to discuss the specific case scenario.
Upfront Valuation Request
If an upfront valuation is deemed necessary, kindly send the valuation request, along with the Valuation Request Form to valuation@moneymaster.com.au
(Please note upfront valuation is optional but can expedite the loan process)
Valuation Fee Payment and Request Processing
Our specialised valuation team will issue a tax invoice for the valuation fee payment. Once the payment has been received and processed, the valuation request will be placed with the designated valuation firm.
Lead Creation in Referrer Partner Platform
Utilise our Referrer Partner Platform to create a lead and submit it. If you require assistance with this step, do not hesitate to request your BDM to create the lead on your behalf.
Submission of Essential Loan Application Documents
Email all necessary documents for the loan application to our application inbox. For clarity, Please ensure the subject of the email includes the Client's Full Legal Name and Referrer Details. For instance, Subject: [Client Full Name] [Referrer Full Name]
Ongoing Communication and Progress Updates
Throughout the loan processing journey, we will maintain open lines of communication with you, ensuring that you are updated on each step of the process through phone call as well as the Referrer Partner Platform from application to settlement.
